Elizabeth KELLY Obituary
(Betty) (nee Jackson):
Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 22, 2023; aged 94 years. Loved wife of the late Ray, "the love of her life". Adored mother and mother-in-law of Suzie, Diane, and Barbara and Brian. Amazing nana of Ruby, Hooper, Hayden, and Willy and their partners Josh, Emma, Jess and Lucy. Great-nana to her treasured babies Ida and Violet. Much loved Aunty Bet to the Jackson clan and Askey family. A service to celebrate Betty's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 2.30pm. Thinking of you all at this sad time. Betty was a special lady and played a large part in our family with Ray being in partnership with Dad (Vern Brosnahan) for many years. So sorry we cannot attend the funeral but my brother Mark Brosnahan will be there and we will watch via livestream.

My deepest sympathy to Susie, Diane, Barbara and families. My heart goes out to you all. Losing such a special mother is one of the most heartbreaking things to go through. Betty always had a beautiful smile and kind words when I visited. Such a loving Mum to a beautiful family. Rest in Peace Betty.
