Henare TIHEMA Obituary

Passed away 22/11/2024, aged 84 years old. Darling husband of Judy, much loved father of Wade, Michelle, Paul, Deb and Michelle and father-in-law of Geoff, Sandra, Gus, Matt and Dee. Adored Pop to Quentin, Jamie, Mathew, Daniel, Aleshiah, Liam, Leo, Olive-Jane, Luke and Clara. Adored Pops to his many great mokopuna. Beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home, 300 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu on Wednesday November 27th at 11;00am followed by private cremation. Messages to the Tihema family may be left in Henare's tribute book at www.tributes.co.nz. A link to the livestream of the service can also be found on this site.

He's been a matua in the Muir whanau and will be greatly missed. Appreciated his humour, kind nature and building expertise which he generously shared to help me with my home. He never missed an excuse to celebrate and he'll carry on being with us at family events <3
