My deepest sympathy to you Judy, Andrew and Sonya, Susan and Ross and family,
A sad loss of a true gentleman.
I have such wonderful memories of happy times staying with you as a child, always feeling welcome.
Great memories of accompanying him to squash, the Otipua shows and the many characters Des played. Along with his prowess on the Double Bass. The last time I saw him he generously shared his knowledge of the ukulele.
Talented, kind, generous and a lovely spirit.
