Derek ZANDBERGEN Obituary

On Sunday, December 10, 2023, at home in the care of his family, aged 68. Very much loved husband of Jan, loved Pa of Kees and Lisa, Jose, Lois and Nick, and Amelia, loved granddad of Jessie, Livvy, Sam, Thomas, Jaxon, and Alex, loved great-granddad (Grammie) of Mia, Isabella, Anastasia, and Aubrey, loved son of the late Maureen and Cees, loved brother and brother-in-law of Gerard and Michele, Carl (dec), Peter and Lisa, and Rodney; Alex and Maureen, John and Lisette, Kevin and Delia, Ian and Dawn (dec), Stephanie and Mark and Michael (dec), and Rachel. A Requiem Mass for Derek will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Basilica, Craigie Ave, on Wednesday, December 13, at 11.00am. Donations to Hospice S.C. would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to 50 Maltby Ave, Timaru 7910.
