Sincere condolences to Danny and all the Dowlings on the death of your Dad. I had the pleasure of meeting him once in Timaru back in 2005 when my sister and I did a tour of the South Island. A lovely man.

Many fond memories of Denis as General Manager of South Canterbury Electric Power Board. Denis knew everyone by name and was always up for a chat with all staff. Our thoughts are with the all the family.

To Joan, Liam Dermott, Rory and Daniel, and extended families. So sorry to read of Denis's passing, a fine gentleman and neighbour of ours in Otipua Road.
