David BISHOP Obituary

Fay, Michael and Karen Bishop, the family of the late David John Bishop, would like to express sincere thanks for the support and sympathy we received after the sad loss of our beloved husband, father and grandfather. We were deeply appreciative of the many messages we received from family and friends. We would also like to thank the doctors and nurses who helped dad over recent years including Dr Hills and Dr Devlin, Timaru, Dr Fagan Dunedin, Dr O'Grady and Bernie Hewson, Wanaka. Also, all the doctors and nurses at Dunstan Hospital and the nurses and carers at Enliven Aspiring Care Centre. As it would be difficult to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
