Colin COOCHEY Obituary

Passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025, aged 67. Much loved husband and soulmate of Wendy. Loved father and father-in-law of Josh and Kate, and Vanessa and Matt Greenwood. A loved poppa of James, Wilson, Gus; Molly, Pippa, Briar, and Greta. Special friend of Karen. Thank you to the staff from The Croft Timaru and Turangi Home Ashburton for their love, care and understanding. A celebration of Colin's life will be held at the Fairlie Community Centre, on Saturday, December 20 at 11.00am, followed by interment in the Fairlie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer and Alzheimer Societies would be appreciated and can be left at the service. Messages to the Coochey Family, C/- 51 Main Street, Fairlie 7925.

Very sad to learn of Colin's passing. We all spent so much time together as kids, roaming the hills and rivers on our ponies, Colin on Trigger.
You'll be remembered as a good bugger Colin.
