Passed away peacefully at home. Loved father of Kath, Tabitha, Nigel, Lara, and Arrthur. Brother of Terrene, and Peter. Beloved son of the late Heather Cleghorn and beloved Uncle, granddad, and great-granddad to all his nieces, nephews and grandchildren. A celebration of Chris' life will be held at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North Street, Timaru, on Thursday, February 19 at 2.30pm, followed by a private cremation. i flatted with Chris in the '80s' in North st , Just across from the cop shop. many good times..gr8 sense of humor that lad.rest in peace my old friend.

Bye Little Bro
We finally met in our 30´s after I tracked down our mother Heather but we have had very little time together - you in Timaru and me in Sydney Australia.
I offered to fly you over to visit but you never made it out of New Zealand so I phoned now and again to keep in touch.
I tried to help you with our shared diabetes but you had your way of doing things and in this case your suffered badly.
It was great have a little brother, even for such short time, and I´m so glad Fenella & I met up with you in Timaru in 2024.
Sorry to see you go.
