(Chris):
On February 3rd, 2015, peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, Christchurch, in his 49th year. Dearly loved husband of Louise, adored father of Josh, Regan, and Adriana. Dearly loved son of Mien, and the late Gerry. Loved son-in-law of John and Noeline Peter, loved brother and brother-in-law of Rosina, Tony and Angie, Lily and Bernie, Michael and Marina, and Angela, and loved brother-in-law of Philip and Fay, and Warren and Tania. Special thanks to Cancer Care, St Georges Hospital. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Chris Cornelissen, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. A Service to celebrate Chris' life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch, on Saturday, February 7, at 2.00pm.
