Benjamin DOWNES Obituary

Tragically taken on January 22, 2025, in Temuka. Dearly loved partner of Bex. Adored dad and best mate of Jake. Loved son of Shar and the late Graham. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Kirk and Amy, Murdoch and Jaz, Hadyn and Chris. Much loved uncle of Harper, George, Mihingarangi, Ruby, Skyla, Lucy, Cohen, and Nikau. The family invite friends and whānau to join them in paying their respects from Saturday at 42 Ormsby Street, Temuka. His service will be at 11.00am, Tuesday, January 28, at 42 Ormsby Street. I find it hard to believe you are no longer here my friend Ben (Jarmin).Thank you for our friendship, our chats and many laughs and your support over the years,we never really think about these times of loss, I will always have great memories of you and will think of you often .heart broken for your wee boy and partner Bex.From Aria X I had only chatted with you a small amount of times,but Ben you would always be smiling.You were a great mate of Arias and I thankyou for that!I feel very sad for you and your wee family.Elaine Thornton
