Baxter O'BRIEN Obituary

20.7.1939 - 3.05.2025
Jean, Chase and Damon would like to extend their thanks to everyone who has expressed sympathy in various ways in the death of their devoted husband and father. Please accept this as a personal thank you to the many past pupils, parents, and friends who have shown their love through baking, flowers, offers of help, transport, attending the memorial service, emails, online sympathy tributes, letters and cards. With special thanks to our close 'Sundowner' friends who have been towers of strength and Training College football friends. We also wish to thank Hato Hone St John for their care, and the Emergency Department and ICU at Timaru Hospital for their compassionate care and sympathetic understanding, which both the wonderful doctors and nursing staff gave not only to Baxter, but to Chase, Damon and me. Special thanks to Craig Wilson our Funeral Director, for guiding us through the funeral requirements with sensitivity and thoughtfulness.
