Anna Maree (neé Rae):
Passed away peacefully in Hospice South Canterbury, Timaru, on Friday, May 18, 2018. Aged 39 years. Loving wife to Shane. Loving and caring mother to Braden and Lachlan Anderson. Caring stepmother to Rowan and Emily. Beloved daughter and step-daughter of Stephen Rae and Barbara, and Jillian and Grant Small. Loving sister of Timothy Rae.

The service to celebrate Anna's life will be held in St Peters Anglican Church, Dyson Street, Temuka, on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 11.00am. Our special thanks also to Hospice with their much appreciated help and support during a very difficult time. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Hospice South Canterbury may be made at the service. Messages to Anna's family may be posted c/- 84 Luxmore Road, Timaru.

For Precious Anna
A beautiful soul,
Has moved away,
To a different place,
Where angels play.
Her wings, they grew,
Amidst her pain,
Whilst loved ones held her,
Their strength never waned.
Their sorrow, too big,
To contain or deny,
To overcome this now,
We can but try.
Her love for them,
Their love for her,
Fills all the spaces,
And warms the air.
It brims our hearts,
And makes them glow,
Her dynamic zest,
In us doth show.
We know not why,
Or what to say,
When life doth end,
In such a way.
She brought such joy,
Such fun, such care,
Our loss if huge,
Now she's not there.
To sense and feel what's left behind,
Her gifts and talents, her strength of mind,
Surround us now, from this day forth,
We celebrate her life for all she's worth.
Her spirit lives on, in all who care,
Her beauty, her passion, her humour, her flair.
We know not how, to cope with loss,
We cannot fathom it's depth or cost,
We love her now and forever will treasure,
The true essence of her, we can never measure.
