MACKEY,
Allan Trevor, 920078, WO2, RNZIR, Malaya:
Peacefully, at Ellough-ton Gardens, on May 26, 2013, aged 81 years; loved husband of Glenda, loved father and father-in-law of Tracy and Kim Hunter, Christopher and Robyn Mackey, Stephanie and the late Chris Bolt, Rachael (deceased) and Wati Heemi, and David Mackey, and a wonder-ful granddad and great-granddad. A funeral service for Allan will be held at St. Thomas' Catholic Church, corner Wai-iti and Mountain-view roads, Timaru on Friday, May 31 at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation. No flowers please, but donations to the Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to 32 Hopkins Street, Timaru.

Allan was my boss when he was Inspector and Director of Preventive Service in NZ Customs. Great to work for and a great sense of humour. Condolences to Allan's family and friends.
