My thoughts go out to the O´Leary family. I am very sorry for your loss.

I remember Casey as a warm, funny person with a generous heart.

Thank you for being so uniquely YOU - you lived your life bravely, boldly and full of fun and you brought everyone along for the ride. You let your true self shine and left the world and the people around you better for having known you - that is such a special gift.

You gave so much of your time and effort to the people that you cared about. I was lucky to have known you even though we weren´t close as in our younger years and school days. Your talents included capturing beautiful moments through your photography and making people laugh.

I remember from a FB post a while ago that you liked the animal charity HUHA NZ so I donated in memory of you. It was something that you cared about and I hope you would have liked that.

You were truly magical my friend. Go well Casey.

Casey brought laughter to our family through her FB. We have beautiful photos from special occasions where she generously shared her talent. As others have said we will miss her humour and Bieber greetings. She is remembered with warmth.

I will always remember you as the fun smiling girl next door with the cute lisp. Many good memories of days playing in your back yard in the tree forts with jandel ladders and old cadilacs. On the days it rained we would get to play inside with hungry hippos, he-man or watch videos and enjoy life. You were always genuine and would stop to say hi and catch up, but sadly you're gone to soon. Condolences to Bernie, Christine, Jay and Sean.

Cannot believe the news, Casey. Not many people come into your life that bring such light, but you did. Even being back at the other side of the world the past 10 years hasn’t stopped me thinking about you all the time and dropping a message. Will miss seeing all your photo challenges, it even inspired me to take it up myself. Grateful we got to spend some time with you out this side too! RIP dear buddy. p.s. Sorry but they will always be duck feet. x

Sending love and condolences to the O'Leary family at the devastating loss of Casey.

Casey kept me laughing for the past 30 years (to quote the lady herself *Friends since 1995! Wait is that right? *fumbles with calculator* Yeah 30 years!) with her seriously good wit, and when I moved away from Wellington after High School we kept in touch by letters, emails and online chats. After Covid it bought our friendship group even closer when we would have Zoom chats for hours in 2 different countries and 3 time zones!

We've lived in different cities or countries far longer than we ever lived in the same one.. but we always made an effort to get together, whether it be Auckland, Wellington (just last month which I'm so grateful for) or Oz.

Her online presence was huge... keeping us entertained with 'Top 10' lists, hilarious food and drink reviews, anecdotes about losing her car in the work car park, sending us Justin Bieber photos on our birthdays.

Thank you for your impact on my life Casey. You were.... wait for it
..Legendary.
RIP

Was a huge shock to hear of your passing Casey.
I, along with many others will miss our yearly Bieber birthday memes - was always something to look forward to. I remember only a couple of years ago, you sent mine a day late.. but, you highlighted the fact you hadn´t been to sleep yet, so it still counted as the same day.. such classic Casey humour.
Condolences to the Sean and the O´leary whanau. Thinking of you all Xoxo
